Every tournament has a public live page where participants and spectators can follow all info in real time.

By default a visitor sees every tab. Would you rather hide one — no Standings for the youngest age groups, say, or no Knockout in a tournament that ends after the pools? Then switch that tab off:
A tab you switch off disappears from the bar at the top and can no longer be reached through a direct link: anyone opening such an old link lands on the first visible tab. At least one tab must stay visible.
What you switch off here only applies to the public live page. In the management view, on the presentation screen (TV) and in the app everything stays as it was.
A tab without content does not show up either, by the way, even if you switch nothing off: Challenges only for a ladder tournament, Statistics only when there are statistics or extra standings, and Standings disappears once you have switched the standings off for every category (see Viewing the standings).
The Register tab shows the registration form directly on the live page. As long as registration is not yet open, or no longer open, that tab shows its own message instead of disappearing. You switch it on or off via the same toggle above, or more quickly via the checkbox next to Form available from on the Registrations tab — both change the same setting.
If your tournament has more than one category (e.g. U7 and U8), the category is shown throughout: next to the pool name in the standings, under the field in the schedule, and in front of the results and the In progress cards. Every label carries its category's coloured dot, so visitors no longer confuse Pool A of one category with Pool A of another. Standings are also grouped per category. With a single category the label is left out.
Do not want to show the standings of a particular category here? On the Klassement (standings) tab, the card Where do we show the standings? lets you switch the live page off per category — see the article Viewing the standings.
Do not want to show a category here at all? On the Presentatie (presentation) tab you will find the card Which categories are public?, with a checkbox per category for the live page and one for the presentation screen. Uncheck the live page box and that category disappears from here entirely: its matches, standings, bracket, teams and statistics, and its button in the filter bar as well. In your dashboard and in the app everything stays visible. Every change is saved right away; there is no save button. The card only appears once you have more than one category — switching off your only category would empty the page.

Want to share a set of rules, a map or a participant list? On the Algemeen (general) tab — the tournament page — you can upload PDF or Word files (.pdf, .doc, .docx) at the bottom under Bijlagen (attachments).
For an attachment that is already there, you change the description in the list itself: type in the field below the file name and click outside that field (or press Enter). A brief green outline confirms it has been saved. Leave the field empty and the description disappears, leaving just the file name.
The attachments appear at the bottom of the Home tab of the live page, under the heading Documents, with the description on a second line below the file name. Visitors can open or download them — no account needed.
Only PDF and Word files are allowed, up to 15 MB per file.
If you fill in the Address (general) field on the Instellingen (settings) tab, that address appears in the header of the live page — below the tournament name and the date, on every tab. Visitors click it to open the location in Google Maps.
If you use separate addresses per field, the general address is also added as a first Location row in the Fields list at the top of the Schedule tab. Without an address nothing is shown.
No. The live page is fully public: you share one link and anyone can view the standings, schedule, results and the knockout bracket. The page refreshes itself automatically, so visitors do not have to reload anything.

Yes. Go to the General tab and upload your documents at the bottom under Attachments. PDF and Word files (.pdf, .doc, .docx) up to 15 MB each are allowed. They appear at the bottom of the Home tab of the live page under the heading Documents, where visitors can open or download them without an account. Give every attachment a short description — while uploading or afterwards in the list — and visitors know straight away what they are opening.
