Changing your details

Click your name in the top bar to open My profile. There you can change your first name, last name and email address, then click Save.

Changing your password

On the My profile page, enter your current password, then your new password twice (at least 8 characters), and click Change password. Forgot your password? Request a reset link via Forgot password? on the login page.

Setting the language

You can change the language via the NL/FR/EN buttons in the top bar. Your preference is saved for your next visit.

Account deleted or blocked?

Contact us via the contact form. An administrator can restore your account if it was blocked by mistake.

How do I change my password?

I forgot my password — what now?

On the login page click Forgot your password? and request a reset link. You receive it by email at your account address.

Is my language choice remembered?

Yes. If you switch language with the NL/FR/EN buttons in the top bar, that preference is stored and applies on your next visit too.
