❓ Reporting a problem

The "Report a problem" button

When you are logged in, a discreet Report a problem button appears at the bottom left of every page. Something not working or missing? Click it and briefly describe what happened — that helps us fix it quickly.

What to fill in

  1. Email: already filled in with your account address. Change it if we should reply to a different address.
  2. Subject: one sentence summarising the problem, e.g. "Entering results does not work".
  3. What went wrong?: describe which page you were on, which step you took and what did (or did not) happen. The more concrete, the faster we can reproduce it.
  4. Attachments (optional): drag or pick screenshots or files. Allowed: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp, .pdf, .txt and .csv, up to 2 MB per file (max. 5).

Then click Send. Your report reaches our team right away, together with some technical context (the page you were on, your browser and the site version) that we therefore do not need to ask separately.

Tip

A screenshot often says more than a long explanation. On most devices you take one with the Print Screen key (Windows) or with Shift + Cmd + 4 (Mac); on a smartphone with the usual screenshot key combination.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the "Report a problem" button?

At the bottom left of every page, as soon as you are logged in. It is a discreet button that always scrolls along, so you do not have to look for it.

Which attachments can I send along?

Screenshots and files in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp, .pdf, .txt and .csv format, up to 2 MB per file and five at a time. You drag them in or pick them with the button.

Do I have to mention which browser I use?

No. Your report goes out automatically with some technical context: the page you were on, your browser and the site version. So we do not have to ask separately — just describe what went wrong.
